Question 1 : How do I purchase a template from Template Maestro?

Answer : You can search for the template you want to purchase and after finalizing one you can select the additions that you may want to purchase. Once you have chosen the additions, you can add the template to the cart. At the checkout we will ask you for your billing information if you already haven't filled it. Then you can purchase the template by paying through your PayPal account.

Question 2 : What are my payment options?

Answer : You can pay for the selected template by using your Paypal account. Payments are made in U.S. Dollars.

Question 3 : What is the benifit of purchasing a template from Template Maestro?

Answer : The major benifit of purchasing a template from Template Maestro is the price. You get the template at a very low price. You don’t have to hire a web designer or web design studio. Second advantage is time frame: It usually takes 5-15 days for a good designer to produce a web page of such quality.

Question 4 : What if the purchased item is no longer available?

Answer : There are a number of different reasons why an item may be removed from the market and is therefore no longer available for download. We recommend that you download and save the item as soon as you buy it. You can download the template from the download section in your profile.

Question 5 : How Do I Add Or Change My Billing Details?

Answer : In the final stages of the checkout flow, you'll be asked to enter your billing details. Once you have filled in the Billing Details and paid for the template, your details will be saved securely in our database and you don't need to fill it again once you purchase any template again. You can see/edit your billing information from the profile section.

Question 6 : What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

Answer : You may build a website using the template in any way you like. You may not resell or redistribute templates (like we do).

Question 7 : Is it possible to buy the particular image from the template?

Answer : No. According to our terms we never sell the images separately from templates (as well as the templates separately from the images).

Question 8 : I ordered a template but haven’t received the download information.

Answer : In this case please contact our Billing Department via support chat.
